Each class you’ll train beside your friends and fellow athletes, led through the day’s workout by our expert coaches.

Together, you’ll learn new movements, get leaner and fitter, and unlock potential you’ve always had (but perhaps didn’t know how to find).

We’ll do it in an environment that is friendly and appropriately challenging — whether you’ve been training for years or you’ve just started your journey.

...this box is great. I’ve been coming here for several years, and the trainers are well versed. It’s a friendly environment with a wide range of class times.

There’s a lot of class types too — a focus on overall fitness with crossfit wods, a strength focused class, olympic lifting and a “kid friendly” class that goes out of its way to make it easy for parents with young kids to get in a great workout.
