20 Dumbbell Snatches (total)
20 Squat Thrusts

Strength Training
1.) 4 sets x 80 feet Farmers Carry and Atlas Stone Carry for warmup
2.) 1-1-1-1-1 Bench Press with chains for max loads (complete 5 deadhang FTB while waiting turn)
3.) 5 sets x 5 reps Dumbbell Snatch for loads of fun
